We are not GS1 and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of GS1 or any GS1 member organisation. We do not issue GS1 company prefixes or GTINs. We do not certify anything. Our reports describe the results of automated checks against published GS1 Digital Link syntax rules; they are not a certification, an attestation of regulatory compliance, or a guarantee that a symbol will scan on physical packaging.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information you provide, including all regulatory, nutritional, sustainability, safety, and origin claims. We store, version, and serve what you supply. We do not verify, originate, or endorse claims. You warrant you have the right to publish the information you upload.
Digital preflight cannot predict how a code will print or scan on a physical substrate. You are responsible for verifying printed samples before any production run. We are not liable for costs arising from packaging produced without physical verification.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a written SLA applies. Because printed codes outlive subscriptions, we commit that: resolver routes continue to function for 30 days after a failed payment; and after cancellation, codes redirect to a neutral product page for 12 months. Your data is exportable in full at any time via the API.
Do not use the service to point identifiers at content that is unlawful, deceptive, or that misrepresents the product identified. We may suspend routes that do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including packaging reprint costs, lost sales, or recall expenses.
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any material change to these terms or to pricing for existing subscribers.
