Audit reports are retained for 24 months so you can re-share them. Account product data and version history are retained while your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation, so printed codes keep resolving. Email privacy@sunrise2d.com to request earlier deletion — we will confirm the consequence for any live printed codes before acting.
