What these numbers mean. "Destination uptime" is the share of monitoring checks where a customer's configured destination URL responded successfully — it measures the health of the pages our codes point at, which is what actually breaks a scan. Resolver availability itself is provided by Cloudflare's edge. Figures are computed live from our own monitoring table, not entered by hand.
